Paul Lillehaugen is an urban planning and strategy consultant with a background spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Previously, Paul worked at 100 Resilient Cities, where he helped cities across the U.S. and Canada develop long-term resilience strategies to address their critical social, economic, and environmental challenges. He has a Masters in Urban Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a BA in economics and art from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.
