Cathy Richards
Cathy Richards is a technology advisor whose expertise lies at the intersection of Data, Technology and Social Change. She has worked with non-profits in India, Zimbabwe, South Africa to develop lightweight measurement systems and advised activist organizations on the responsible implementation of new technologies. She also co-founded Pueblo CoLab – a collaborative aiming to help social innovators around the world do good work.
Cathy holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University and a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on Evaluation from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
