Riley Ladner i DSI’s Communications & Project Coordinator since Fall 2024. Riley leads communications and promotion, manages social media, coordinates external relations and alums, and co-designs our annual MFA DSI Thesis Show in May.

Before joining MFA DSI, Riley was a Social Media Assistant for Fishs Eddy, an NYC home goods institution. She specialized in social media and marketing strategy and event coordination, all while weaving in Fishs Eddy’s quirky sense of humor. Between 2022 and 2023, Riley worked in business development and digital marketing for a Manhattan-based ad agency. In 2021, Riley interned at The Legal Aid Society, where she supported New Yorkers facing legal challenges in the eviction epidemic. Riley holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Sociology Studies and Gender, Sexuality, and Intersectional Studies from Connecticut College. She graduated summa cum laude.

Riley was born and raised in New York City. She loves traveling, Italian food, and live music.
