Candice Walker has a BA in Communication Studies from The College of New Jersey, with specialization in Emerging Communication Technologies, Health Communication, Interpersonal and Strategic Communication, and Mass Media and Social Media. Candice now contributes her talents to SVA’s Capital Projects Department. Her diverse career spans data analysis, fashion, real estate, and digital media, reflecting her vibrant blend of skills and passions. Discovering DSI was a turning point for Candice, who hadn’t initially planned on furthering her education. Yet, the chance to join SVA’s forward-thinking community and drive meaningful change was too exciting to pass up. At DSI, Candice is harnessing the power of AI to boost the social capital of underserved communities, aiming to forge stronger connections and unlock new opportunities. Looking ahead, Candice aspires to develop her own real estate developments that put humanity, sustainability, and wellness at the forefront. Her vision is to build spaces that not only meet people’s needs but also elevate their quality of life and spark positive transformation.
