Tina Park is a partner at Diagram, a New York-based design studio that works to improve healthcare experiences. In 2008, she helped launch the design research team for Johnson & Johnson’s Global Strategic Design Office, which uses research methods to understand patient experiences. For almost five years, she successfully translated the team’s insights into products and services for patients with chronic diseases such as Alzheimer’s, cancer, and Hepatitis C. Tina has held research posts at Stanford University Hospital and the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. Her classical design experience includes work with clients such as Sony Playstation, Condé Nast, and Euro RSCG.
