DSI Hrudaya Veena Yanamandala (‘18) is Bridging the Gap Between the Human and the Technical


Tae-Young Choi comes from South Korea, with a BFA from the School of Art Institute of Chicago. As a furniture and object designer, his inspiration comes from experiences living in the USA, France, Australia, and South Korea. He has worked with international brands such as Hanssem Corporation, CB2, and Vitra Museum Workshop at Boisbuchet. He designs objects maximizing functionality and is interested in underscoring the social role of design in his practice.
