Rachel Cho

Rachel Cho graduated from La Sierra University with a B.F.A. in graphic design and then went on to work on her portfolio at ArtCenter College of Design, Pasadena, California. During her studies at ACCD she worked as a freelance designer and photographer. It was in her time there that she learned about social innovation and the practice of designing for social change. After working on city-sponsored projects in Berlin, Santa Monica, and Long Beach, she started her hunt for a deeper understanding in social innovation and found DSI. After enrolling, she continued her journey of discovery and developed a new way of thinking that created a change within herself allowing her to help solve problems of today’s society.

Since graduating from DSI, Rachel moved to Long Island City, and is working in Manhattan as a design associate at Global X ETFs. She has kept her entrepreneurial spirit alive by starting and creating a new business in the food industry called, Yassine Cuisine.
