DSI Congratulations to our Paula Rhodes Award Recipients!

Ivan Boscariol is a service designer and researcher from Piracicaba, Brazil. He’s a constant learner who believes that governments must evolve before larger political change can occur. He earned a BA in International Relations from UNESP/Franca and has worked in social innovation workspaces, practiced design research at Design Echos, managed a public service design team at the Tellus Institute, and organized learning festivals at the Impact HUB São Paulo. Ivan came to DSI to build more empathetic solutions for people and to New York to learn about co-creation, cooking, and the ways people can be protagonists in building their own city.
