Danielle Hernandez

Danielle Hernandez left Iowa State University with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design and a thirst for pushing herself and others to be open to new adventures. Since college, she has worked in advertising and keeps busy by crafting her own unique volunteer experiences and illustrating.  She hopes to use her professional experience, along with the tools she gains at DSI, to design for people, with people and reflect the complex human experience.

Identity Explorers

Guiding interracial families through co-learning about ethnic-racial identity to document a shared narrative so that white parents take action in instilling a positive understanding in their multiracial children.
