Andrea Miranda Salas

Andrea Miranda Salas earned her undergraduate degree in product design from Parsons School of Design, and has lived and worked in NYC while traveling extensively. Being exposed to large-scale manufacturing overseas and small-scale production in remote villages has helped her realize the power of design and all that it influences. Andrea came to DSI to examine how business relationships, design and commerce can be leveraged to create sustainable economic opportunities on a systemic level while maintaining cultural preservation.
