Aya Kimata is an Art coordinator and artist from Tokyo, graduated from Keio University with a BA in Aesthetics and Science of Arts and Curator’s certified. Then she having worked with the largest store in Japan, professional experience in one of the oldest department stores as an assistant manager and buyer. She believes art allows her to understand other people’s ideas and society, confront herself, and think more deeply. Her experiences have led her to realize that sharing this joy and pleasure enriches the mind. Aya aims to develop the structure to assess the social, economic, and environmental impact of contemporary artists and incorporate them into art market continuously. She wants to pursue to make a positive impact on society through DSI.
