Heart of Dinner

Each Thursday afternoon, MFA Design for Social Innovation opens its doors to the School of Visual Arts community to provide a space for thinking, exploring, growing, and making together. In support of Heart of Dinner 愛心餐, a nonprofit organization combating food insecurity and isolation in NYC’s elderly Asian communities, MFA DSI students organized a meal delivery bag decorating Open Session.

Check out the bags our students designed! This initiative combines art, empathy, and social impact, helping brighten the days of recipients while raising awareness of the organization’s vital work — true social design!
