Todo Sobre Las Chicas

“Todo Sobre Las Chicas” helps teen girls in Latin America socially reintegrate after in-home abuse and trauma by envisioning a girl-led future of safety through independence, inner confidence, faith-based activities, and the development of sisterhood. Developed in collaboration with local organizations, self-reflective tools help them grow into a restored version of self, offering communities like theirs and beyond ways to heal, flourish, and restore faith for generations.

Joy Roach

Joy is a first-generation American that loves to bring her multicultural experiences into designing for the world. Her ultimate goal is to not only design innovative solutions for the world’s most intricate issues; but, also create societal norms around creativity so others are able to develop new levels of freedom for themselves. She received her undergraduate degree from Parsons School of Design in Strategic Design and Management. Over the past couple of years, she has helped individuals and companies develop varying business strategies and implement Design Thinking into the core of their businesses. In the heart of her work, she desires to evoke empathy, support sustainable efforts and provide invaluable freedom for those who encounter her work.
