Alisha Mahen
Alisha Mahen has been working in the education sector for the past six years as a teacher and content creator. She believes that design can play a pivotal part in creating learning experiences that can make classroom instruction more engaging and effective. Most recently, she has been exploring strategies to improve emotional wellness in children and is interested in understanding the role design thinking can play in that.
Elana Wolpert
Elana Wolpert recently moved from Istanbul, Turkey, where she was teaching English for three years. She is interested in refugee and migrant causes, prison reform, and general peace and human rights.
