Are you ready to use design to drive social change?
Join us at the SVA MFA Design for Social Innovation studio for an exciting Open House where you can meet DSI students, faculty, and alumni, see student work, and check out our studio space in the art and design hub of NYC.
At the MFA DSI Open House, you will:
• Learn about our cross-disciplinary, collaborative, and hands-on graduate program and understand how social design supports a healthier, equitable, and caring future.
• See our student project gallery, which includes projects with communities, real-world partners, and organizations.
• Hear from alumni speakers about their career pathways and how they are making a difference in the world.
• Connect with DSI chair, Miya Osaki, and meet our amazing students, faculty, and alumni.
• Enjoy refreshments and great conversation.
Learn how social design supports healthier, more resilient communities and systems. Attendees interested in Fall 2026 admission will also receive an $80 application fee waiver.
