To tackle gaming toxicity and create a safer and more inclusive online environment, Jisheng Chen co-designed with NYC’s gaming community a social role playing game that encourages conversation, builds safe boundaries and cultivates sportsmanship within eSports communities.

Jisheng (Jason) Chen is from Hunan, China. He is passionate and friendly, always trying to explore the world and solve problems. He graduated from Hohai University in Jiangsu, China where he majored in Industrial Design. During that period, he found himself more interested in service design and design strategy, which brought him to DSI.
