Manoj Fenelon created and led a Strategic Foresight practice at Pepsico, where he has worked for the last eleven years. In addition, he co-founded PepsiCorps, a grassroots leadership and development program that won the Chairman’s Award in 2013. Manoj was selected an an Aspen First Mover Fellow for his work on a holistic, enterprise-level water strategy. He has taught in the Department of Communication Science at the University of Connecticut, and has lectured at Yale, NYU Stern, Bard and Philadelphia University. Manoj holds an M.A. in Communication Sciences from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Management Studies from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India. Manoj will be teaching Mapping and Visualization Design with Despina Papadopoulos and Jaimie Cloud.
Ksenia Pachikov will be teaching the Disruptive Insights class this fall. She runs her own independent practice, and was formerly the Synthesis Lead and Senior Associate, Conifer Research. Current clients include the New York Times, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Projects Ksenia has been involved with include “Sustained by Design” – tools for design planners to integrate sustainability into their practice, and “Platform for Pedagogy”– a curated list of cross-disciplinary lectures in New York. Ksenia holds a Master of Design, IIT Institute of Design; and a B.A. Magna Cum Laude, from NYU. Her previous teaching experience was at Parsons, The New School.
