All change begins with language. This class provides experience and tools for mastering communication as the means for change leadership. That sounds simple, but it is the essence of successful relationships, and therefore to life. It’s a combination of theory and practice in which what is learned in class is put to use working with a client for fifteen weeks, using communication to help them achieve mission critical transformation.
