DSI Participates in a New Resource for Redesigning Global Health

The Gates Foundation, USAID, Dalberg Design and Sonder Design launched designforhealth.org, a public resource on when, why and how to apply human-centered design to global health. DSI contributed in multiple ways to the project: Chair Cheryl Heller served as an adviser, and participated in the project’s initial workshop in Berlin. And Pragya Mishra, ’15, served as lead designer, with Malé Sandoval, ’18, and Nicholas Chan, ’18, building the website.

With the new site, health practitioners have access to information about what design is and how it can be applied to address global challenges, along with practical resources that roadmap a future of progress.
