Karin Hibma is principal and a founding partner of Cronan, a strategic design consultancy renowned for naming TiVo and Amazon Kindle. She is also founder of Design Resource, a creative research firm, and Cronan Artefact, home of Walking Man clothing. Focused on deep thinking for and with clients, she uses creative process and cognitive identity insights to find the strategic “big idea”. Karin is an AIGA Fellow, on the first Fast Company list of 100 Most Creative People in Business. She serves as advisory council for Dr. Paul Polak’s international organizations concentrating on ending rural poverty and advising multi-nationals on design for social innovation.
