We are excited continue our partnership with the Paul D. Coverdell Fellows Program for the approaching Fall 2017 academic year. The program provides a great opportunity for returned Peace Corps Volunteers to continue their service to underserved communities while also pursing graduate studies at a reduced cost.
DSI will offer a select Fellow a $20,000 scholarship toward two years of graduate study, while completing the required internship. By sharing their Peace Corps experience and global perspective with the communities they serve here in the United States, returned volunteers are supporting the Peace Corps’ Third Goal commitment to strengthen Americans’ understanding of the world and its people.
The program is specifically reserved for students who have already completed their Peace Corps service abroad. For eligibility and information on the Coverdell Fellow program go here. For more information on how to apply to the MFA Design for Social Innovation Fall 2017 year, go here.
