Ksenia Pachikov helps companies understand and design for their customers. An independent design researcher in New York City, she works at the intersection of human-centered research, visual communication of insight, and early concept development. Her clients include The New York Times, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, as well as several start-ups seeking first-round investment.

Prior to going out on her own, Ksenia led projects as a Senior Associate and Synthesis Lead at Conifer Research, a strategic insights firm. She has a Master of Design from the Institute of Design in Chicago, a school focused on user-centered design and strategy.
